Fee
I charge half of one percent of the advertised asking price of the property ie. multiply the asking price by 0.005.
Inspection
We walk-through and inspect the property together. You get on-the- spot expert advice on the building's condition.
Solutions
I identify any faults or concerns and we discuss design solutions and initial estimates on site during the survey.
Travel
All expenses included if the property is within 60km of my office. (0.35 euros per km plus TVA over 60km)
TVA
My business is TVA registered. This cost will be added to my survey fee at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).
Post-survey
If you can't make the viewing yourself, we can discuss the property using photographs taken during my inspection.
