Pre-purchase, I charge half of one percent of the advertised asking price to walk-through and survey the subject property with you. In other words, multiply the asking price by 0.005.
What does my fee include?
Project Manager
Post-purchase, I charge 15% of the net core value of the works to manage your property project. In other words, before TVA is added by the contractor.
