I charge 15% of the net core value of your works (ie. before TVA is added by the contractor).


Research, agreeing design specifications, obtaining costs including translation and explanation.


Selecting, liaising with contractors, schedule control and handling all documentation through to completion.


Liaising with all third parties such as local authorities, notaires, mairies, architects, utility companies and heritage agencies.


Managing and controlling scheduling, contractors and finance including handling your funding to current RICS regulations.


All travel expenses included, site visits, reports and photographic or video updates.
